We are excited to announce the opening of our second location! At Latitude Café, we are passionate about creating a welcoming community and serving quality coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. We pride ourselves on offering excellent customer service and a cozy atmosphere. As we expand, we are looking for enthusiastic, team-oriented individuals to join us in bringing our coffee experience to more customers.

Job Summary:

We are seeking friendly, hardworking individuals to join our team at both our Menomonee Falls brand-new location & long-standing Germantown location. As a team member, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, preparing a variety of coffee and specialty drinks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and contributing to the overall positive vibe of the shop. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with us as we expand our brand!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages and food

• Provide recommendations to customers on drink selections

• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including the counter, equipment, and seating areas

• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed

• Assist with opening and closing duties as required

• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations

• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a coffee shop, restaurant, or customer service role is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Pay: $9.25 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
