Minimum Job Requirements
- Physical- ability to file documents in file cabinets and copy and scan documents, proficient in using a 10 key and proficient in using a PC keyboard
- Occasionally move products or office materials independently weighing up to 20 pounds with or without accommodation.
- Working Hours- full time (40 hrs/week) employment

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for accurate and timely completion of job duties as listed below and as directed by the Human Resource Supervisor, including ensuring various vendor documents are attached to the vendor master, as per Quality Management standards and guidelines. Create purchase orders on behalf of the Company within designated dollar limits.
- Answer company phones and ensure visitors sign in and are escorted consistent with Company policy, maintain and distribute Company telephone directory.
- Schedule and coordinate monthly company lunches.
- Match accounts payable invoices to receiving documents.
- Create purchase orders on behalf of the Company within designated dollar limits as directed or requested.
- Work with the maintenance department to help schedule outside vendors to come in and do maintenance on various equipment throughout the shop.
- Maintain office and printer supplies.
- File accounts payable voucher packets.
- Scan purchase orders and related documentation.
- maintain vendor files and assist Purchasing Manager in ensuring that they are up to date, including updating annual FAR updates and vendor quality certificates and ensuring other requisite files are attached to the vendor master.
- Enter PO's and process outside operations as directed by the Purchasing Manager.
- Account code and process UPS and credit card billings.
- Sort mail daily.
- Prepare and send out exception lists for MES reporting as requested.
- Review and maintain scrap schedule.
- Add employees into Epicor and maintain labor rates.
- Close jobs as trained.
- Work safely and ensure hazardous conditions are eliminated. Follow company safety procedures.
- Assist project manager and project coordinators as requested.
- Record deposits to the deposit book.
- Maintain and keep records in accordance with ISO Quality standards.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to communicate well, telephone skills, verbal communication skills
- Friendly demeanor, able to multi-task and project a positive image to visitors and job candidates.
- Ability to take instruction and work well with others
- Purchasing or accounts payable experience preferred.
- Good organization skills.
- Experienced in the use of Word and Excel.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent or Other Related Experience
