Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Automation Electrical Engineer/Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), specifically in Ladder Logic programming. Additional experience with C programming is a plus. This role involves designing, developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining automated control systems to optimize manufacturing and industrial processes.
\n- Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems using Ladder Logic.
- Develop and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and maintenance on automation equipment.
- Integrate control systems with various industrial components such as sensors, actuators, and HMIs.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production teams to ensure optimal system performance.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure proper operation.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, manuals, and software backups.
- Provide training and support to maintenance and operations personnel.
- Stay updated on new technologies and industry best practices in automation and controls.
