Responsibilities :
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot AV equipment, including projectors, displays, audio systems, and conferencing solutions.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure AV systems are functioning properly.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients for AV-related issues.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess and address AV system requirements.
- Perform system testing and quality checks to verify proper operation.
- Document service activities, issues, and resolutions accurately.
- Train end-users on the proper use and maintenance of AV equipment.
- Follow industry best practices and safety guidelines while handling AV equipment.
