The Sr. Electrical Engineer will be accountable for delivering top-notch, streamlined designs and documentation, as well as overseeing construction administration for projects involving lighting, power, and systems.

- Foster clear communication with both team members and fellow design professionals.
- Aid and guide the owner in making well-informed decisions regarding lighting and system choices.
- Establish a benchmark for providing prompt construction administration services.
- Ensure project deadlines are met, potentially necessitating extra hours.
- Employ company software proficiently for precise task completion and staff management, ensuring effectiveness and timeliness.
- Conduct quality assurance checks for projects.
- Effectively juggle multiple internal and external priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- PE required
- 4 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in architectural, engineering, or construction fields
- Proven experience in mentoring and guiding junior staff members in project development.
- Exceptional computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit and other engineering software
- Solid understanding of electrical design principles and codes to develop accurate and compliant designs.
