Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV) and over five years of procurement experience. The ideal candidate will lead supply chain and procurement operations, driving efficiency, cost optimization, and inventory management in a manufacturing environment.

• Supply Chain Management
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with business goals and production schedules.
• Oversee procurement, production planning, inventory management, and distribution processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure raw material availability and on-time delivery of finished products.
• Procurement
• Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluation.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize supplier partnerships to maintain quality and reduce lead times.
• Monitor and evaluate market trends to ensure competitive pricing and secure key resources.
• Systems and Data Management
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV) for supply chain and procurement operations.
• Maintain accurate data on inventory levels, procurement transactions, and supplier performance.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Operational Efficiency
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency across the supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality standards.
• Troubleshoot supply chain issues and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
• Leadership and Collaboration
• Lead and mentor a team of procurement and supply chain professionals.
• Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and finance teams to achieve company objectives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain function.

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
