We are currently seeking a Mechanical Plumbing Superintendent to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and oversee the execution of complex plumbing projects, with a focus on large hospitals, laboratories, and industrial installations. As a key member of our team, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality and safety standards.
\n- Supervise and manage plumbing craft personnel in a self-perform environment.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of plumbing projects, including hospitals, laboratories, and other large industrial projects.
- Monitor production and maintain strict control over costs and schedules.
- Manage all aspects of project execution, including procurement, quality control, safety, and compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
- Lead a team to ensure all plumbing systems are installed in compliance with engineering designs, specifications, and applicable codes.
- Collaborate with other project management team members to ensure alignment with overall project goals.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members and subcontractors.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain thorough project documentation and reports on progress and issues.
- OSHA 30 hour required prior to start date (company will provide the online course at no cost to employee).
$90,000 - $115,000 a year
