About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on HAM. You will work closely with stakeholders to optimize asset tracking, procurement, lifecycle management, and compliance within the ServiceNow platform. This is a fully remote contract to hire, candidates required to come to Washington DC one time for badging.
Active Secret clearance or higher required.
\n- Develop and configure ServiceNow HAM solutions to streamline asset tracking, lifecycle management, and reporting.
- Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts to meet asset management requirements.
- Integrate ServiceNow HAM with third-party systems, including procurement tools and discovery solutions.
- Implement best practices for hardware asset tracking, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies.
- Support ServiceNow HAM module upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with ITSM, CMDB, and procurement teams to ensure seamless asset lifecycle management.
- Create dashboards and reports to provide visibility into asset utilization, inventory levels, and compliance.
- Document technical specifications, configurations, and process flows.
