Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to manage daily logistics operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in a manufacturing shipping and receiving environment, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely handling of incoming and outgoing shipments.
\n- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Prepare, pack, label, and ship outgoing orders in compliance with customer requirements and company procedures.
- Coordinate with carriers and freight companies for pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts in the inventory management system.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Work closely with production and inventory teams to ensure materials are received and delivered efficiently.
- Verify packing lists, bills of lading, and purchase orders for correctness.
- Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with OSHA and company standards.
