Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Oracle Federal Financial Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle 12. Experience with IPAC and G-Invoicing is a strong plus. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of federal financial management processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective Oracle solutions. This role involves working closely with federal clients, leading implementations, and ensuring successful project delivery. This is a 4 month contract to hire and requires onsite meetings in Washington DC one day per week.
\n- Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle Federal Financial applications (Oracle 12).
- Provide functional expertise in Oracle Federal Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Budgeting.
- Work with federal clients to understand their business processes and requirements, translating them into effective Oracle solutions.
- Configure and customize Oracle applications to meet client requirements, ensuring alignment with federal financial regulations and standards.
- Provide guidance and support for IPAC (Intra-Governmental Payment and Collection) and G-Invoicing processes.
- Conduct system testing, including developing test scripts, performing unit testing, and supporting user acceptance testing.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of the system.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement custom extensions, reports, and interfaces.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance system performance and functionality.
$90 - $108 an hour
