The Cold Chain Director is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end cold chain management in the distribution of pharmaceutical products directly to consumers (B2C). This role involves ensuring the safe and efficient handling, storage, and transportation of temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving sales growth.

- Oversee the cold chain process from manufacturing to the final customer delivery.
- Ensure compliance with temperature-sensitive handling protocols and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and manage storage facilities, transportation logistics, and delivery systems to maintain product integrity.
- Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute B2C sales strategies for pharmaceutical products, targeting end consumers directly.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the cold chain logistics and sales teams to ensure high performance and alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, customer service, operations) to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all activities comply with local and international pharmaceutical regulations and industry best practices for cold chain logistics.
- Prepare for and lead inspections/audits related to cold chain processes and pharmaceutical sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cold chain logistics, B2C sales, or pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical cold chain management regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify key growth opportunities.
Preferred Skills:
