Supply Chain Operations Director

Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead supply chain and procurement operations, driving efficiency, cost optimization, and inventory management in a manufacturing environment. This includes overseeing procurement, production planning, inventory management, and distribution processes, as well as collaborating with internal teams to ensure raw material availability and on-time delivery of finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with business goals and production schedules.
• Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluation.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize supplier partnerships to maintain quality and reduce lead times.
• Maintain accurate data on inventory levels, procurement transactions, and supplier performance.

Requirements:

• Over five years of procurement experience.
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV).
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
• Able to develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency across the supply chain.
