Training Specialist (Secret Clearance)

Salary: $80,000 - 90,000/year

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Secret Cleared Training Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in instructional design, particularly with Adobe Captivate and iSpring, to create engaging and effective training curricula. This role will involve developing training materials for various audiences, ensuring compliance with security requirements, and enhancing the learning experience.

• Design, develop, and implement training curricula and materials using Adobe Captivate and iSpring.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Conduct needs assessments to determine training requirements and develop learning objectives.
• Create interactive and engaging e-learning modules, including assessments and multimedia components.
• Review and revise existing training materials to improve effectiveness and engagement.
• Ensure all training content adheres to security protocols and is suitable for audiences with varying security clearances.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed, providing support and guidance to participants.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessment results, making adjustments as necessary.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and training delivery.

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
• Proficiency in Adobe Captivate and iSpring, with a portfolio demonstrating prior work.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
