The Training Specialist is responsible for developing, refining, and delivering a high-quality training program supporting a global security initiative.
This role involves creating, updating, and managing comprehensive training materials including documents, videos, and other support resources to meet the needs of a diverse user base.
The Training Specialist will work with a range of COTS security software applications, such as Hirsch, CCure, Keywatcher, Genetec, and Intellex, along with a customized Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) system.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Secret Clearance
- Experience with iSpring for creating interactive training modules.
- Certification and experience with security systems like Genetec, ExacqVision, Intellex, Bosch, CCure, Hirsch, and Keywatcher is highly desired.
- Ability to provide remote programming assistance and troubleshooting support.
- Experience in developing customized PSIM and VMS solutions for clients with specific security protocols.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality training materials on time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Innovative problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic work environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain training plans tailored for multiple user groups.
- Create and update detailed training documentation for both basic and advanced users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement new training initiatives.
