What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Counsel position at Latitude Legal?
We have a fantastic engagement for an experienced commercial transactions attorney! Our client is a leading technology company in need of key support drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of critical commercial agreements, especially SaaS and vendor agreements.
This attorney will play a key role in major business of the company, work with a collegial legal department of the highest caliber and report directly to the General Counsel.
Compensation is based on $150,000 full time salary Benefits are available as a Latitude attorney.
Requirements for Corporate Counsel Attorney (Contract and Remote):
The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $150,000 to $170,000 or more. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan. Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance. Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.

- 4 years of legal experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating technology and commercial agreements
- Experience with SaaS and vendor agreements required
- Biglaw training and/or similar experience with a top-notch corporate legal department
- Excellent academic credentials from a US law school
- Outstanding references
- Type of role: Engagement
- Schedule: At least 30 hours per week (on average)
- Location: Remote or in-person/hybrid at company's office in Austin, TX
