Our client is a thriving human resources and employment platform supporting professional services across the globe. The company seeks a motivated in-house attorney to support sales and commercial transactions functions on a high volume, fast-paced basis; risk assessment and mitigation, corporate governance, and oversight of litigation. The ideal candidate will have at least five years experience in a top law firm or in-house legal department.
Basic Requirements of the In-House Legal Counsel Attorney:
Pay: The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $145,000 or more. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
Benefits: In addition to pay, a competitive benefits package is also provided, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) and generous leave policies.
