Latitude is seeking a junior litigation attorney with 3 to 4 years of experience to join a highly regarded Midwest law firm that offers the best of both worlds – a collaborative, supportive mid-size office environment with the advantages and resources of a global law firm. Unlike more structured litigation departments, you’ll be involved in all aspects of trials and have a clear path to becoming a partner after 6 years. Basic Requirements for the Junior Litigation Attorney:
Pay: The base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $140,000 . Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
Benefits: In addition to pay, a competitive benefits package is also provided, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) and generous leave policies.

Basic Requirements for the Junior Litigation Attorney:
- 3 - 4 years of general litigation experience at a large firm or sophisticated boutique firm
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills
- Appreciation for teamwork and collaboration, valuing empathy and EQ
