M&A Attorney (Hybrid / Full Time In-House Counsel)
Latitude is seeking an experienced corporate attorney with significant mergers and acquisitions and private equity experience to join the legal department of a renowned conglomerate to support the company’s active M&A transactions and general corporate matters. The successful candidate will handle a variety of M&A related activities for the company, including drafting contracts, running the deal process, providing input into improving the company’s M&A processes, as well as general corporate matters. Candidates must have at least 5 years of M&A experience working at an AmLaw 200 firm or a highly sophisticated corporate boutique.
Basic Requirements for M&A Attorney (Hybrid / Full Time In-House Counsel) :
Pay : The annual salary range for this role is $160,000-$200,000. This position may also be eligible for bonuses. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
