As part of our Marina Dock Crew, you'll be the first and last friendly face boaters see when they visit our marina. You'll help them dock safely, fuel up, get settled, and enjoy their time on the water—all while making sure our docks are running smoothly and safely. What You’ll Do (aka Your Daily Adventure)
- Welcome & Assist Boaters – Greet every guest with a friendly attitude, help them navigate to their slip, and assist with docking.
- Tie it Down Right – Secure vessels properly, ensuring safety for both guests and their boats.
- Fuel Up & Stay Safe – Operate fuel pumps safely and efficiently, monitor fuel levels, and follow all safety protocols.
- Be the Go-To Marina Guide – Answer guest questions, help with reservations, give directions, and make sure boaters know about all the great amenities at the marina and nearby.
- Hook It Up – Connect boats to shore power, troubleshoot minor electrical issues, and reset breakers as needed.
- Keep the Marina Shipshape – Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free dock and fueling area.
- Handle Transactions – Process payments for fuel, transient slips, and other marina services quickly and accurately.
- Jump in Where Needed – Deliver guest requests, assist with special projects, and lend a hand with minor maintenance tasks. Whether it’s securing a loose cleat, fixing a dock bumper, or troubleshooting a power pedestal, you’re comfortable using basic power tools and ready to pitch in wherever the team needs you.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Prior marina or boating experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays—because boating doesn’t take days off!
- A positive, team-first attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.

Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
