As a Student Analyst, you will play a vital role in our clinic leadership team, requiring strong leadership, collaboration, communication, development, and multitasking skills. This position entails at least 20 billable hours with clients in the clinic per week and 10 hours of administrative time, encompassing a mix of restricted and unrestricted activities. Daily tasks include assisting with scheduling, managing tardiness and absences, overseeing clinic activities, communicating with parents, and ensuring staff responsibilities are met. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain insight into Organizational Behavior Management (OBM), staff management, and supervision.
Additional responsibilities involve behavioral analytic activities such as coordinating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to facilitate training for new staff, conducting re-assessments, planning clinical activities, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
