Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Contact/Call Center Manager to oversee our customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of call center experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for optimizing customer interactions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing call center agents, improving service efficiency, and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
Schedule: Normal daytime hours with no weekend work.

- Manage, train, and motivate a team of call center representatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and call resolution rates.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports on team performance.

- Implement and refine call scripts and service procedures to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
