Latitude is seeking an experienced creditors rights/bankruptcy attorney for a permanent position in the Tampa office of one of its Am Law 200 law firm clients. Applicants must have 2-5 years of experience in creditors’ rights matters, including representing individual creditors and negotiating with debtors. Bankruptcy experience is preferred but not required for strong candidates.
Basic Requirements for the Creditors Rights Attorney:
Pay: The salary range for this position is from $150,000-$180,000.
Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
Benefits: In addition to pay, a competitive befits package is also provided, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) and generous leave policies.
