We’re looking for a dynamic and dedicated Off-Shift Production Supervisor to join our Client's team at their Operation in Whitehall Michigan .
The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are consistently met. You’ll lead a team of skilled associates, drive performance improvements, and coordinate resources to meet production goals. This role requires a proven leader with a strong ability to motivate teams and achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and direct production staff to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Oversee workflows, resolve production issues, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including ISO and AS9100 certifications.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to maintain seamless operations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster growth and build a high-performing team.
- Maintain accurate production records and generate reports on output, downtime, and key metrics.
- Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives while achieving operational goals.
