Primary role of the position is to develop, project manage and execute CAPEX projects as the project manager and / or the senior lead in the areas of Automation & Controls. As a control engineer leader, you will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities :
- Design and Development :
Identify and understand the company's needs related to control systems.
Provide technical support to junior engineers and team members.
Configure, standardize, and optimize control systems for equipment and processes.
Develop and execute projects from start to finish, ensuring successful implementation. Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
