Overview
We are looking for a high energy, social, multitasking individual that loves making connections with people and amazing coffee drinks.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks with precision and care.
- Operate a Point of Sale
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Uphold food safety standards while preparing food items for customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a coffee shop or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
- Familiarity with cash registers and cash handling procedures is an advantage.
- Must have at least six months consistently working at a drive thru location.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
