Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team for a double-sided drive thru. The ideal candidate will have some experience, a love for making customers laugh, and wanting to grow within our company. You must have a love for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions accurately, and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
- Be a multitasker and have a sense of urgency.
- Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including outside the windows, workstations, and equipment.
- Assist with food preparation as needed while adhering to food safety standards.
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and recommend menu items based on their preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and communicate needs to management for timely replenishment.
- Uphold café standards for quality control in food preparation and presentation.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills are essential for cash handling and inventory management.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus and you will need to have a Food Handlers permit.
- Experience in food preparation or knowledge of café operations is advantageous.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team setting while providing excellent customer service.

Pay: $19.13 - $23.00 per hour
