Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced manager to handle the daily duties of opening the store, working with the staff and providing excellent leadership and communication skills to them.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
• Supervise staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee food preparation processes to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster a positive team environment by encouraging collaboration and communication among staff members.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote services and increase customer engagement.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace in compliance with health regulations.

Experience

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the food service or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Experience in shift management, supervising staff, and coordinating daily operations.
• Background as a barista or food preparation is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $23.15 - $27.00 per hour
