About The Role
Lattice is seeking a Senior Manager, Communications to lead our global communication strategy. This role will be responsible for ensuring that Lattice's message is clearly and consistently conveyed to all stakeholders, including employees, customers, investors, and the media. You will drive the development and execution of communications that reinforce Lattice's brand and corporate narrative while fostering alignment between internal and external messaging.
Internal Communications
What You Will Do :
- Lead and implement the company's internal communications strategy to engage employees and promote a cohesive company culture.
- Develop communication programs that drive employee engagement, including executive messaging, town halls, and company-wide updates.
- Work closely with the HR, Product, and Operations teams to communicate changes, updates, and strategic initiatives to employees.
- Build and manage an internal content calendar, ensuring timely and effective communication across teams.
- Foster a feedback culture by establishing two-way communication channels that allow employees to voice concerns and offer suggestions.

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $127,000.00 - $158,500.00. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice's applicable plans.
