What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2nd shift Utility position at Lau Industries?
Must use a stand up and sit down forklift. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Relieve or fill in for assemblers in DDP and DDP/DWDI when needed.
Keep DDP workers supplied with parts
Help load and unload material.
Pull away product when complete.
Moves product for the department using manual and powered material handling equipment.
Assist Supervisors in training of new employees.
Assist as a truck driver to move material and finished product as needed.
Visually checks work using fixed gauges as required.
Prewiring of units before the test cage.
Reports defects to Supervisors.
Helps maintain a clean work area, machines, and equipment.
Follows specific verbal and/or written instructions and refers difficult problems to Supervisors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.08 per hour
