Site Crew Member

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will support various construction projects by performing a variety of tasks that contribute to the successful completion of projects. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety on the job site.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
• Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced tradespeople.
• Help with the installation of structures, fixtures, and other construction elements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions accurately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
