  • On-the-job training

Responsibilities:

  • Checking incoming paperwork (correspondence, invoices etc.) and making copies before distributing.
  • Assist Child Support Enforcement Coordinator/Supervisor in the performance of his/her duties.
  • Sorting all papers alphabetically and according to content, dates, etc.
  • Creating or updating records with new files and information.
  • Direct internal and external calls to designated departments.

Minimum Qualifications;

  • High School Dipolma or equivalent
  • No criminal history subject to back groud check
  • Word and Excel

Job Type: Full-time
