Responsibilities:
- Checking incoming paperwork (correspondence, invoices etc.) and making copies before distributing.
- Assist Child Support Enforcement Coordinator/Supervisor in the performance of his/her duties.
- Sorting all papers alphabetically and according to content, dates, etc.
- Creating or updating records with new files and information.
- Direct internal and external calls to designated departments.
Minimum Qualifications;
- High School Dipolma or equivalent
- No criminal history subject to back groud check
- Word and Excel
