Position: Secretary -Local School
Department: Instructional Operations
Reports To: Principal
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Contract Days: 180, 182, 192 days
Salary: Based on the System Salary Schedule
Qualifications:
1. Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
Purpose of Job
To assist in coordinating general office procedures while serving as liaison between the
Principal, teachers, students, parents and visitors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The following duties are normal for this job. These are not to be construed as exclusive

- Duties and responsibilities include answering telephones, providing information to
student information, assisting students, etc.
- Performs such other tasks and assumes such other responsibilities as the Principal(s)
