I’m looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support me in running Laugh Lines (a beauty and mental health Substack and media brand) and Beautyfor (a nonprofit beauty marketplace).
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and is passionate about beauty, media, and mission-driven businesses.
What You’ll Do
- Administrative Support : Help with scheduling, inbox management, responding to emails, and booking travel.
- Content & Social Media Assistance : Support content creation, including social media posting, newsletter drafting, and asset organization.
- Project Management : Keep track of deadlines, follow up on tasks, and assist with execution of initiatives across both brands.
- Event Coordination : Assist with planning and executing events and activations.
- Personal Assistance : Occasionally assist with personal tasks like appointment scheduling and research.
