Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Family Law Attorney at Laughlin Legal. The role involves handling a variety of family law cases including dissolution, custody disputes, support matters, adoption, and asset division. The Senior Family Law Attorney will be responsible for legal research, drafting motions, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court. While the role is primarily based in Foster City, CA, there is flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Legal, Family Law, and Legal Issues expertise
- Experience in drafting motions and conducting depositions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with handling high net worth asset division cases
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active State Bar membership
