The Role : As the Vice President of Software Engineering and Cloud & Infrastructure at Launch Consulting, you will be instrumental in leading our AI-first, Digital Transformation strategy by overseeing both the Software Engineering and Cloud & Infrastructure studios to drive innovation across our business. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive the growth of our technical capabilities, deliver transformative solutions, and build strong, lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities :
- Studio Leadership :
Strategic Vision & Execution : Develop and lead the strategic direction of the Software Engineering and Cloud & Infrastructure studios, aligning it with the company's goals and the evolving Digital Transformation and AI landscape.
Client Solutions : Collaborate with Business Units and Sales teams to deliver client-specific Digital Transformation solutions that address critical needs and drive measurable benefits.
End-to-End Accountability : Own the direction and outcomes of studio offerings, providing expert technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery.
Mentorship & Growth : Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within your studios.

The anticipated base wage range for this role is $235,000-$285,000. Education and experience will be highly considered, and we are happy to discuss your wage expectations in more detail throughout our internal interview process.
