Position Overview
We are urgently looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our growing team. The right candidate will be highly professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering top-quality patient care. You will play a vital role in assisting our dentists, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort
- Sterilize and prepare instruments following OSHA and CDC guidelines
- Take and process dental X-rays with precision
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Educate patients on pre- and post-operative care
- Ensure a clean and organized treatment area
- Manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations when needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant (preferred)
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or completion of an accredited dental assisting program
- Proficiency in digital radiography and dental software
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- CPR certification preferred
