- Middle school experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
- Provide coverage for:
- Enrichment Teachers are absent
- When two co-teachers are absent
- Crew advisors is absent
- RJ Team member is absent
- any staff members on long-term leave until replacement is found
- Support any classroom spaces that struggles with management
- Support enrichment spaces as necessary
- Support with any pushin/pull outs and/or 1:1 support as necessary.
- Support the AP with PID students.
- Supports lunch and recess 5 days a week.
- Support arrival and dismissal
- Hallway duty
- Support with family outreach with for any chronic absent students
- Support Grade Teams with creating field work/field trip opportunities for students.
- Support by circulating through classroom and hallway spaces to support management.
- Join GTM regularly
- Support uniform walkthroughs daily.
- Support with Crew Coordinator with family outreach.
- Coach KK three times a week during our Enrichment blocks.
- Support with creating a drama club at Launch
- Support with 2 honor roll celebrations per school year
- Perfect attendance
- Kickboard High Scorers
- Spirit Week
- October 23-27
- Sneakerball - Fall 2024
- December 20
- Cultural Heritage Awareness (PotLuck)
- Own the performance arts showcase for the Gun Violence Expedition and manage the partnership with SOS
- Create 2 art showcases in collaboration with the art and music teacher (art gallery, step shows, plays/orchestra, etc).
- Art Gala- TBD
- LaunchChella - Spring 2025
- March 28 Prep Rally
- Create and manage at least 1 new art related partnership.
- Own Launch TikTok page.
Recruitment
- Support with any recruitment and have KK attend some recruitment events.
- Support with open houses as needed.
