This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer1 blockchain platform and GO WFO extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.
Launch Lends has been under development for over 3.5 years. We are gearing up to launch :
- Autheo (Autheo.com) : Our Web3 Project is more than a Layer1 Blockchain : Autheo is developing a FullstackIntegration Platform for Web3 and the Connected Web (Web2 Web3 and Web4)
- GO WFO () : The first Layer2 Creator Network focused on extreme sports operating on the Autheo platform.
These initiatives are set to transform the creator industryprojected to reach $500 billion by 2027 and theextreme sports market an excitingsports sector with over 400 million active partipants worldwide.

Senior Mobile App Developer (Android and iOS)
Job Description
Summary
We are seeking a Senior Mobile App Developer to lead the development of secure highperformance Android and iOS applications for our Layer1 blockchain platform. This role requires expertise in building scalable mobile apps that integrate with blockchain ecosystems and hybrid Web 2.0 / Web 3.0 architectures. You will work closely with frontend and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences for decentralized applications (dApps) and wallet integrations.
Role / Responsibilities
Design and develop Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) applications from concept to deployment.
Architect mobile apps that integrate with blockchain APIs wallets and decentralized networks.
Implement responsive UIs using Jetpack Compose (Android) and SwiftUI (iOS).
Optimize app performance for lowlatency interactions (e.g. transaction signing realtime updates).
Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate REST / GraphQL APIs for blockchain data.
Ensure compliance with app store guidelines (Google Play Apple App Store) for public / private distribution.
Implement secure storage solutions for cryptographic keys and sensitive data.
Write unit and integration tests using JUnit (Android) and XCTest (iOS).
Maintain CI / CD pipelines for automated builds testing and deployment.
Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards for maintainability.
Required Experience
5 years of mobile development with Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift).
Expertise in modern frameworks : Jetpack Compose (Android 12) and SwiftUI (iOS 15).
Proficiency with Android Studio and Xcode (debugging profiling and performance tuning).
Handson experience deploying apps to Google Play Console and Apple App Store.
Strong knowledge of REST / GraphQL and integrating mobile apps with backend services.
Familiarity with mobile security best practices (key management encryption).
Experience with CI / CD tools (e.g. GitHub Actions CircleCI Fastlane).
Proficiency in Git and version control workflows.
Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Portfolio of published apps demonstrating scalable architecture.
Work closely with frontend engineers backend developers and product managers to ensure seamless integration of mobile applications with blockchain protocols and backend services.
Serve as a technical lead for mobile app development projects guiding architectural decisions and ensuring adherence to best practices in mobile design and performance.
Provide mentorship to junior mobile developers fostering a culture of learning by sharing expertise in Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) development.

Familiarity with crossplatform tools (e.g. Flutter React Native).
Exposure to AWS Amplify or Firebase for mobile backend services.
Experience with performance monitoring tools (e.g. Sentry New Relic).
