Initially, this role is compensated through successful TGE is equity with token allocations. However, our comprehensive tokenomics model includes structured token allocations for co-founders upon completion of key milestones. Following the anticipated public token sale in January, we plan to introduce salaries alongside equity and token rewards.
THE ROLE : SENIOR SMART CONTRACT DEVELOPER
We're seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Developer with a deep understanding of Golang and the Cosmos SDK to join our team as a part-time Co-Founder. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with experienced, seasoned co-founders who have spearheaded numerous successful national and international ventures. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in building and evolving our revolutionary blockchain-powered platform.
Smart Contract Development :
Write, test, and deploy smart contracts that perform decentralized, autonomous functions on the Cosmos network.
Custom Chain Development :
Work on modules or custom applications within the Cosmos SDK, potentially building a chain from scratch or adding to an existing Cosmos-based chain.
Blockchain Maintenance and Optimization :
Ensure that the deployed contracts and applications operate smoothly, debugging, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Interoperability Management :
Utilize IBC to create interoperable smart contracts, enabling communication and token transfer across other IBC-compatible blockchains within the Cosmos ecosystem.
Security Audits and Reviews :
Conduct internal reviews and external audits of smart contracts, ensuring they are resilient to security vulnerabilities and adhere to best practices.
Documentation and Community Support :
Document the code and processes for both internal and external developer reference, contributing to the wider Cosmos developer community.
Collaboration :
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and product managers, to ensure dApps are aligned with business requirements and user needs.
Qualifications : Programming Skills :
CosmWasm : Knowledge of CosmWasm (Cosmos WebAssembly), the smart contract framework for Cosmos, is essential. This framework allows developers to write contracts in Rust, so proficiency in Rust is crucial.
Blockchain and Distributed Systems Knowledge :
Strong grasp of blockchain principles, consensus mechanisms (Tendermint, specifically for Cosmos), cryptographic concepts, and distributed ledger technologies.
Smart Contract and dApp Development and Deployment :
Experience in creating, testing, and deploying smart contracts and dApps on testnet and mainnet environments.
Security and Auditing Skills :
Smart contract developers must ensure that contracts are secure and free of vulnerabilities, which could lead to exploits.
