We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join us as an equity co-founder at Launch Legends, a pioneering venture that merges Web3 blockchain technology with the burgeoning creator industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer-1 blockchain platform with an integrated social platform and the first affinity network WFO (building on Autheo), an extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

- Collaborate with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs who have successfully launched ventures nationally and internationally, raised capital exceeding $500 million, and spearheaded several high-revenue disruptive projects.
- Work alongside our global team of 75 experts to position Launch Legends as a leader in the creator network, with the potential to revolutionize the industry.
- Receive equity in Launch Legends (Autheo and WFO) and tokens (salary compensation after successful Public Token Sale, anticipated January 2024).

POSITION : VP OF MARKETING - LAYER-1 BLOCKCHAIN AND DISRUPTIVE SOCIAL PLATFORM
Launch Legends is seeking a seasoned VP of Marketing with deep blockchain experience to lead marketing initiatives for Autheo’s Layer-1 blockchain and GO WFO's social platform . This role is essential to drive brand awareness, adoption, and growth, with a focus on node sales, airdrops, token offerings, and launchpad coordination . You’ll use your blockchain knowledge, industry connections, and marketing expertise to position Autheo as a leader in Web3, generating momentum around the platform and attracting both users and developers to “ Build on Autheo .”
Responsibilities :
Phase 1 : Pre-Launch Strategy (December)
Develop and implement a pre-launch strategy to introduce Autheo and GO WFO, showcasing the unique advantages of building on Autheo to the Web3 and blockchain communities.
Run targeted campaigns to generate interest among validators, early adopters, and investors, highlighting the benefits of Autheo’s ecosystem.
Partner with PR teams to engage blockchain media, secure press coverage, and attract attention from key industry platforms.
Phase 2 : Airdrop and Token Offering (January)
Launch a structured airdrop initiative to attract early adopters and community influencers, with incentives designed to build awareness and engagement leading up to the token sale.
Drive efforts for the public token sale, working with launchpad platforms and targeting high-quality investors to build excitement around the offering.
Strengthen social media presence and community involvement, using influencers, AMAs, and live events to build a dedicated following.
Ongoing Post-Launch Marketing and Growth
Develop ongoing campaigns to increase user acquisition and engagement across Autheo and GO WFO, targeting both Web3 enthusiasts and creator networks.
Launch initiatives to attract developers and projects to build on Autheo, promoting SDKs, documentation, and development resources to facilitate onboarding.
Track campaign performance, user engagement, and retention rates, making data-informed adjustments to improve outcomes and drive sustained growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Industry Networking
Align closely with product teams to ensure marketing efforts support product launches, platform updates, and technical advancements.
Use your industry connections to establish partnerships with influencers, media, and other Web3 platforms to amplify Autheo’s reach and reputation.
Design loyalty programs to encourage ongoing platform participation and governance engagement, fostering a thriving, active community.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 4 years of blockchain marketing experience, with a strong understanding of Layer-1 / 2 ecosystems, tokenomics, and decentralized networks.
Proven success executing airdrops, token sales, and node campaigns, with hands-on experience working with launchpads and managing listings.
Established network within the blockchain space, including influencers, community builders, and media contacts to drive awareness and partnerships.
Skilled in using data to analyze user behavior, refine engagement strategies, and optimize marketing performance.
Demonstrated ability to create and maintain incentive models that attract and retain a loyal user base, contributing to long-term growth.
In this role, your strategic vision and blockchain marketing expertise will be instrumental in establishing Autheo as a key player in the Web3 landscape.
