This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer1 blockchain platform with an integrated social platform and the first affinity network WFO (building on Autheo) anextreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

- Collaborate with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs who have successfully launched ventures nationally and internationally raised capital exceeding $500 million and spearheaded several highrevenue disruptive projects.
- Work alongside our global team of 75 experts to position Launch Legends as a leader in the creator network with the potential to revolutionize the industry.
- Receive equity in Launch Legends (Autheo and WFO) and tokens (salary compensation after successful Public Token Sale anticipated January 2024).

About the Organization
Launch Lends has been under development for over 3.5 years. We are gearing up to launch :
Autheo : Our Layer1 blockchain with an integrated disruptive social platform for creators to own expand and monetize their networks.WFO : Extreme Sports Affinity Network Built on Autheo to showcase the power of Autheo for affinity network ecosystem launch and growth.Autheo Blockchain Devnet (THEO token) went live November 11 2024. Incentivised testnet together with Node Sale and Mainnet Launch scheduled for December with Public Token Sale in late December or January.These initiatives are set to transform the creator industryprojected to reach $500 billion by 2027 and theextreme sports market an excitingsports sector with over 400 million active partipants worldwide.

About the Role :
We are looking for a Web3 Social Media Manager who will take charge of our social media presence working initially with our agency to oversee content creation and engagement. Over time you will fully own and expand our social media strategy growing our online presence across platforms like Twitter LinkedIn TikTok Instagram Facebook etc. This role is perfect for a creative datasavvy professional who understands Web3 culture and knows how to combine humor trends and storytelling to create impactful engaging content.
You will act as the ultimate godtier reply guy on Twitter ensuring our brand voice is sharp witty and relatable to the Web3 community.
This role will focus on developing our social media strategy maintaining consistent engagement managing content scheduling and creating viral content that resonates with the Web3 community. The ideal candidate combines strong Web3 knowledge with creative content development skills.
Core Responsibilities :
Social Media Strategy Development & Management :
Collaborate with our agency to develop the strategy and manage existing social media channels (Twitter LinkedIn Instagram) while driving the expansion to TikTok Facebook and other relevant platforms.Take over the social media strategy development and daytoday management of all social media channels postagency phase ensuring content aligns with brand voice and objectives.Manage social media content calendar and daytoday scheduling across platforms.Craft a tone of voice that resonates with Web3 community on Twitter and Web2 community on other platformsclever playful memeworthy and approachable.Actively engage with audiences on Twitter as the godtier reply guy responding to conversations threads and mentions with humor insight and creativity.Content Creation & Management :
Ideate and collaborate with content creators (internal or agency) to produce highquality content including memes videos infographics and shortform storytelling tailored to blockchain and web3 audiences and platform algorithms.Develop engaging social media campaigns and content for collaborations such as airdrop node sale token sale contests and influencer partnerships.Develop viral Twitter content for the web3 audience e.g. threads memes interactive content etc.Conceptualize and plan for TikTok and Instagram viral content strategy for web2 audience.Craft compelling narratives that explain our brand vision mission values and complex blockchain concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.Identify trending formats and adapt them to our brand voice.Stay uptodate with blockchain cryptocurrency and Web3 trends to assist with content strategy development.Collaborate with designers to develop compelling multimedia assets including shortform videos and memes.Engagement & Community Building :
Maintain active community engagement through replies comments and interactions with a sharp witty and approachable tonebecoming a GodTier reply guy with a meme game thats second to none.Build relationships with Web3 influencers creators and key industry players to drive collaborations and amplify brand presence.Monitor and respond to messages and mentions.Track and engage with relevant Web3 conversations and trending topics.Performance Analysis & Reporting :
Coordinate with Digital Analyst to track and analyze social media performance.Use analytics and performance insights to iterate and improve content for optimal engagement follower growth and campaign effectiveness.Report on performance weekly providing actionable insights to optimize strategy.Requirements : MustHave :
4 years of experience managing social media accounts with at least 2 years in Web3 or blockchain projects.Proven track record of growing accounts and creating highly engaging content across Twitter LinkedIn TikTok Instagram and Facebook.A passion for Web3 culture with a deep understanding of the values trends and humor that drive the space.A creative mindset with a talent for producing viral content and memes on social media platforms (with a focus on Twitter & TikTok).Deep understanding of Web3 culture blockchain DAOs NFTs and tokenomics.Exceptional creative writing and storytelling skills with a strong ability to craft witty onbrand copy.Basic design or video editing skills for creating memes reels or shortform videos and experience with tools like Canva.Experience working with agencies or managing creative collaborations.Proficiency in social media tools like Sprout Social Hootsuite or similar platforms.Is consistently on CT understands its fast pace and can capitalize on new trends quicklySkills in meme lording and internet culture with a strong ability to make viral contentNicetoHave :
Experience with Quest Campaign platforms (Galxe Zealy).Previous community management experience.Existing connections in the Web3 community.Familiarity with Web3 growth tools and strategies including quests sponsorships and community swaps.Familiarity with content distribution strategies for blogs and newsletters.Experience creating viral content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.What We Offer :
