What You’ll Be Doing:
Drive Sales & Build Relationships
Collaborate with the Business Development and Sales teams to exceed sales targets, expanding our Paint & Interior division.
Utilize tools like Salesforce, AMSTAT, and Corridor to identify new sales opportunities and track progress.
Proactively connect with customers, identifying their needs and managing project timelines to ensure smooth operations.
Leverage Your Technical Expertise
Provide expert technical analysis and solutions for both routine and complex projects, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the Design team to ensure that customer specifications are flawlessly met.
Advise customers on aircraft modifications, including advanced paint techniques and interior reconfigurations.
Sales Strategy & Proposal Management
Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals, collaborating with internal teams to ensure success in every transaction.
Work with Contract Administrators to ensure RFQs and proposals are technically accurate.
Analyze costs and monitor past performance to ensure competitive pricing and continuous improvement.
Networking & Industry Engagement
Attend industry trade shows, vendor events, and client meetings to build and maintain professional relationships.
Establish strong vendor partnerships to support future upgrades and uncover new sales opportunities.

A Proven Technical Sales Leader: With over 5 years of experience in the aviation MRO space, particularly with aircraft paint and interior systems, you have the expertise to handle complex technical conversations while driving sales.

Required Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in aviation technology or a related field, or equivalent experience in Paint or Interior.
5+ years of experience in the aviation MRO industry with a focus on aircraft paint and interior modifications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (travel required).
