- Enjoy working with children in small group or 1:1 settings to support their math development
- Be detail-focused, ensuring each student receives individualized, step-by-step instruction
- Thrive in a structured environment where patience and accuracy make all the difference
- Have experience with structured math programs (like Math-U-See, TouchMath, Making Math Real, or similar)
- Take pride in supporting students' confidence and progress in math
- Be reliable, calm, and organized in your approach
- A part-time position with negotiable hours aiming for afternoons Monday through Thursday
- A steady, supportive work environment that prioritizes quality over hustle
- Competitive hourly pay, with the option to expand hours over time
- Optional Saturday sessions (bonus pay!)
- In-house training and guidance from a collaborative team
- Experience teaching math using a structured or multisensory approach is preferred
- Training in programs like TouchMath, Math-U-See, Making Math Real, or equivalent
- Experience with students who have learning differences, especially dyscalculia
- Strong communication skills and a heart for helping children grow
