Job Description : Structural Analysis Engineer

Qualifications :Ability to secure Program Access approval
- Preferred :
- Familiarity with CATIA V5 or V6 tools
- Experience in both metallic and composite analysis methods
- Experience with fatigue and damage tolerance analysis
- Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related fields (from an ABET-accredited program)
- Experience Requirements :
- Bachelor's : 5 to 8 years of experience
- Master’s : 3 to 6 years of experience
- PhD / JD : 0 to 3 years of experience
- Strong knowledge in structural analysis, including materials technology, finite element modeling (FEM), static analysis, fatigue analysis, damage tolerance analysis, thermal analysis, vibration analysis, and structural testing
- ITAR eligibility required (must have current, physical copy of documentation)
- Ability to apply knowledge of structural analysis to ensure product meets customer requirements and regulatory compliance
- Collaborative skills for working on structural design, manufacturing, and post-delivery stages
- Apply knowledge of structural analysis to determine structural adequacy for customer requirements and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate on the structural design, manufacturing, and post-delivery stages of aerospace products
- Perform a variety of structural analysis techniques, including :
- Materials technology
- Finite element modeling (FEM)
- Static, fatigue, damage tolerance, thermal, and vibration analyses
- Structural testing
- Contribute to the design and development of structural systems and components across commercial and defense sectors
- Work within a team environment to communicate and resolve engineering challenges
- Demonstrate problem-solving ability with strong analytical and organizational skills
- ITAR Requirements :
- Candidates must be ITAR eligible with a current hard copy of documentation
