What You’ll Be Doing :Drive Sales & Build Relationships:
- Collaborate with our Business Development and Sales teams to achieve sales objectives and expand our Paint & Interior business.
- Use tools like Salesforce, AMSTAT, and Corridor to identify and track new sales opportunities.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their aircraft upgrade needs and help manage project schedules.
Leverage Your Technical Expertise:
- Provide expert technical analysis and support for routine and complex projects.
- Work closely with the Design team to ensure that customer specifications are met on every project.
- Advise customers on aircraft modification techniques, including advanced paint methods and interior reconfigurations.
Sales Strategy & Proposal Management:
- Prepare impactful sales presentations and proposals, working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure each transaction’s success.
- Collaborate with Contract Administrators to ensure technical accuracy in RFQs and proposals.
- Conduct cost analysis to ensure competitive pricing and monitor historical performance for continuous improvement.
Networking & Industry Engagement:
- Attend industry trade shows, vendor events, and customer meetings to foster new relationships and maintain existing ones.
- Build strong partnerships with key vendors to support future upgrades and identify additional sales opportunities.

- A Technical Sales Pro: With at least 5 years of experience in the aviation MRO space, you have an in-depth understanding of aircraft paint and interior systems, and you excel at simplifying complex technical information for your customers.

Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience in Paint or Interior).
- 5 years of experience in the aviation MRO space with a technical focus on paint and interior modifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (travel required).
