Responsibilities
Oversee the safe operation of all attractions while providing friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional entertainment experience for our guests
An associate's attitude directly affects how Launch Family Entertainment as a whole is perceived
Your main functions as a court monitor are to ensure that all company policies are being followed, that all attractions are properly maintained to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, and to actively interact and engage with the guests to enhance their overall experience
Your main functions as a cashier are selling and processing tickets, both in store and online, verifying waivers, and preparing guests for their experience
Your main functions as Krave staff member are to ensure that all health department & company policies are being adhered to at all times, properly selling and processing payments through the POS, and preparing and serving all food and beverage items to guests
Attraction Monitor Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests entering the attractions
Explain jump areas and rules for each attraction
Ensure that all jumpers have a valid wristband, proper footwear, and no loose jewelry
Actively engage with guests and parents, making them feel welcomed and excited to be at Launch
Coordinate clearing the attractions of guests whose wristbands have expired
Coordinate clearing the courts or surrounding area when there is an injury
Ensure that all pads, nets, springs, and other safety items are installed and functioning properly
Ensure all guests are following the rules
Alert guests when their time has expired
Remove expired wristbands if needed
Assist all guests with any questions or concerns
Keep all attractions clean and sanitized
Conduct weekly and monthly maintenance on specific attractions
Monitor, clear, and organize neighboring areas of the park as needed
Report problems with equipment to the supervisor on duty
Maintain a fully stocked backpack of first aid supplies and charged walkie talkie
Attend to any and all injured visitors within your designated area and call for a supervisor to conduct an injury report
Complete trampoline/attraction safety checklist daily
Complete opening and closing checklists daily
Perform their job in a friendly, courteous manner at all times
Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor and management
Prepare all Krave menu items using standard facility equipment and ensuring quality and efficiency and guest satisfaction
Assumes responsibility for quality of products prepared and served
Maintains the cleanliness of Krave to meet or exceed Health Department standards for cleanliness, food handling, and sanitation
Monitors stocks of ingredients and food items and assists with the preparation of inventory supply orders if needed
Ensures the neatness, cleanliness and orderliness of the facility by sweeping, mopping, stocking shelves, removing trash, etc
Properly store, label and date all products accordingly
Ensures that all items meet or exceed food safety standards
Presents a clean cut, neat, and professional image
Properly maintains and uses all equipment per manufacturer’s and company specifications
Exhibits and encourages proper hygiene and sanitary practices
Maintains a friendly, courteous, and cheerful demeanor at all times
Provides assistance to other employees to contribute to the best overall operation of the park
Constantly cleaning all countertops and tables in the Krave seating area
Constantly pushing in chairs and straightening up the Krave seating area
Perform other duties or roles as assigned by management or needed by the business
Receive payment by cash, credit cards, vouchers, and/or gift cards
Timely sale and processing of jump tickets, merchandise, gift cards, or other retail items to guests
Greet and assist guests entering the park
Process online booked tickets
Assist guests with waiver completion
Properly verify and save new guest waivers
Prepare guests for jumping to include wristbands, footwear (if applicable) and tickets
Keep the front end area clean and organized.Monitor, clean, and organize neighboring areas of the park as needed
Report problems with cash registers, guests, or facilities to supervisor or manager on duty
Responsible for accurate cash and till management for their assigned drawer
Monitor marketing flier stocks and replenish as needed
Assist with retail sales of merchandise and footwear as needed
Explains basic rules of the attractions to all guests, helping to ensure all customer’s safety
Other duties as assigned by management or needed by the business
Complete opening and closing procedures/checklists
Performs his or her job in a friendly, courteous manner at all times
Promptly informs the supervisor of any and all customer complaints or comments
Remains diligent and focused during all monetary or credit card transactions so that his or her register is accurate at the end of each shift
Routinely clean and sanitize the front desk area, bathrooms, entry way, waiver kiosks, and arcade accordingly
Informs supervisor immediately of any product shortages
Performs other duties as assigned by management or needed by the business
