Launch Watersports, Montana’s largest and fastest-growing marine dealership, is seeking a Gelcoat Repair Specialist to join our team in Great Falls! With two locations across the state—our flagship dealership in Kalispell, nestled in the scenic Flathead Valley, and our central Montana location in Great Falls along the Missouri River—Launch Watersports is Montana’s exclusive dealer for Malibu and Axis Boats, as well as Lowe Fishing and Pontoons and Avalon Pontoons.

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Gelcoat Repair Specialist to perform high-quality fiberglass and gelcoat repairs on customer boats and dealership inventory. This person will also work closely with the Service Manager or Service Advisor to provide accurate repair estimates. While this position requires prior gelcoat repair experience, we are committed to supporting your professional growth with additional training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform gelcoat and fiberglass repairs on a variety of boats, ensuring top-tier craftsmanship.
- Work on warranty, customer, and inventory boats.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager or Service Advisor to create detailed and accurate repair estimates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers as needed to ensure a smooth repair process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marine gelcoat and fiberglass repair (minimum 3 years preferred).
- Experience with repair estimating is required.
- Ability to follow repair guidelines and work efficiently without sacrificing quality.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Familiarity with marine-grade gelcoat materials and repair techniques.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
