Launch Watersports, Montana’s largest and fastest-growing marine dealership, is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service department and deliver an exceptional customer experience. With two locations—one in Kalispell, in the heart of the Flathead Valley, and another in Great Falls, centrally located on the Missouri River—we are Montana’s exclusive Malibu and Axis boat dealership, also offering Lowe Fishing and Pontoons and Avalon Pontoons.

About the Role
As Service Manager, you will lead our service advisor and team of technicians to ensure a 5-star experience for every customer who walks through our doors. This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for boating, strong technical knowledge, and a commitment to efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians as well as our service advisor.
- Provide outstanding customer service and communication to maintain strong relationships.
- Manage work schedules, repair timelines, and warranty claims.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance meet high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in service management, preferably in the marine, powersports, or automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
- Technical knowledge of boats, engines, and marine systems (preferred but not required).
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
