We are seeking an experienced Product Analyst to collaborate closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams. This role involves expanding Customer Zero use cases, documenting customer feedback, preparing executive-level communications, and supporting internal stakeholder engagements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Support : Partner with the Customer Zero Product Manager to achieve tactical objectives and contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Customer Insights : Document and track feature requests and feedback, sharing insights with product, sales, and engineering teams.
- Stakeholder Communication : Prepare executive-ready presentations, newsletters, and internal communications.
- Meeting Facilitation : Lead key internal customer meetings, including those with senior leaders.
- Internal Consulting : Act as a consultant for Document Cloud & Customer Zero initiatives, sharing best practices across teams.
- Use Case Documentation : Capture and share use cases with sales and stakeholders.
- Issue Resolution : Address customer tickets using ServiceNow and coordinate with supporting teams.
- Project Tracking : Monitor team projects and maintain up-to-date system records.
- Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-level reporting and stakeholder management.
- Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint for executive presentations.
- Learning Agility : Quick learner with the ability to demo and explain technology solutions effectively.
