We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate/Order Puller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and has experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pull and prepare orders for shipment based on customer requests
- Ensure products are properly stowed in the correct area
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
- Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or order pulling experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification a plus, but not required
